Location
This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the hillside between Coral Bay and the
village of Peyia. Although it is close to the amenities of both car hire is highly
recommended. Even a relatively short walk when carrying the shopping can be hard work in a
hot Cyprus summer. The surrounding area is noted for its scenic beauty and is adjacent to
many sites of archaeological interest. From the villa you can enjoy wonderful panoramic
views of the Mediterranean on the one hand and the surrounding hills on the other. A 15
minute walk will take you to the amenities of the town of Coral Bay with its magnificent
sandy beaches or those of Peyia village depending on whether you turn right or left on your
departure from the villa. Villa Christalla is within a 20 minute drive of the town of Paphos
and a mere 35 minutes from the International Airport.
Coral Bay and Peyia are well served by a range of restaurants, bars ( most equipped with
large screen TV to allow you to watch all the major sports events in convivial
surroundings), supermarkets, bank, pharmacy and doctor’s surgery as well as jewellers,
souvenir shops and a local taxi service. The very best of the local supermarkets is situated
behind the church in the centre of Peyia. Your nearest taverna, The Vineyard Taverna, is
within sight of your front door a mere 4 or 500m walk away!
The villa is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with an abundance of mature plants and
shrubs. The tiled patio surrounding your private swimming pool is equipped with sunloungers
for the serious ‘sun worshippers’ whilst for there is a covered veranda for those who prefer
a little shade with their Brandy Sours!. The location is secluded yet the wonders of the
Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos mountains are close by. The Akamas is a paradise for all
who have an interest in Natural History being a World Heritage designated Wilderness Site; a
place where the Flora and Fauna have evolved without interference from man! In the Troodos
range during the Winter season you can go and ski or snowboard in the morning then sun bathe
or swim in the sea back in Coral Bay in the afternoon!!
General Description
The villa has been built on 2 floors to the highest standards using only the best available
materials. All bedrooms are air conditioned (an additional charge of CY£10 per unit is
payable locally) to keep you comfortably cool during the long hot summer nights. Large First
Floor balconies offer an ideal area to take your ease and enjoy the wonderful views whilst
savouring a long, or short if you prefer, cool drink!
This lavishly appointed villa is now in its second season as a holiday home. It will appeal
to the more discerning guest thanks to its quiet location and the luxury fitments specially
selected by the owner to make your family holiday extra special.
A Welcome Pack is provided which contains all the basic immediate needs so that you don’t
have to head for the supermarket immediately on arrival. Maid service is provided on a once
a week basis. Pool maintenance is twice a week in Summer and weekly at other times. Ample
high quality bedding and towels for normal use are supplied but you will need to bring your
own beach towels with you.
Any information you require with regard to your stay; or assistance with booking of
excursions or other desired activities is available through Ian, Lynne and Dick all of whom
have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years. Our aim is your complete satisfaction with your
holiday!
Check in time is from 14:30 on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 11:00
on the day of departure. Whenever flight times are awkward we will do our best to assist in
every way possible. To us each of you is a VIP!

Accommodation
Ground Floor: The spacious and airy living area consists of lounge and dining area to
seat 6 both furnished to the highest standards. The kitchen, with its separate utility room,
has every appliance you could wish for or indeed expect in a villa of this quality.
Also on this level is a double bedroom, with en suite shower room, fitted with twin beds and
having access to a private terrace. A range of built in wardrobes provide ample hanging
space for your clothes.
For your entertainment the living room is equipped with TV , DVD Player ( bring your
favourite DVDs with you) and a CD music system.
First Floor: Reached by a curved marble staircase are the 2 other bedrooms consisting
of Master bedroom with king size bed and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite
facilities one with shower the other with shower and full sized bathtub. The bedrooms are
equipped with air conditioning for your added comfort and both have access to private
balconies where you can relax and take your ease.
