The traditional village of Peyia has 2 supermarkets, 2 banks and many Tavernas serving local
food and wine at very moderate prices. A local Meze consisting of about 25 dishes would cost
£6-8 and you will not be able to eat it all, and a local bottle of wine would cost £4-5
A 10 minute drive takes you to Coral Bay which has the best beach in the area. Coral bay has
many shops, banks, restaurants,-and water sports
Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is a 15-minute drive away with its pretty harbour
surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and
further round the bay there are more bars and clubs many open until the early hours.
A 15 minute drive brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoilt
area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just
lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays.
The apartment is an ideal base for Golfers and there are 3 golf courses situated in the
area, Tsada is a 20 minute drive away, and Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley are 40 minutes
away. If you book an out of season golfing holiday we can arrange special deals and a free

Accommodation
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a block of 4 and was only completed
recently.
You enter in to an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen
The lounge which is spacious and has comfortable seating for 4 persons and a TV and music
system. There is also a dining table and 4 chairs. Off the lounge is a balcony overlooking
the mountains with a patio table and chairs.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven,
washing machine, microwave. kettle, toaster and all the usual kitchen utensils. Off the
kitchen is a balcony with beautiful views over the sea.
Both bedroom have twin single beds and have ample wardrobe space.
The apartment is air conditioned in both bedrooms and the living area.
Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and wc.
General Information.

made lace, leather goods, colourful rugs, basketwork, copperware and terracotta pots are
popular buys.
Steeped in history, Cyprus is rich in archaeological treasures and there are many intriguing
sites to visit.
Check in times is from 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
