Situated on the edge of the village in a quiet
location, these 3 privately owned villas are ideally placed
for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas
etc.
Close to the villa there are a couple of tavernas and the village of Chloraka, is only 2
minutes away.
There you will find several local tavernas with traditional Greek food, a supermarket and
other shops
For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 5kms. away
with water-sports, bars, tavernas and shops. Kato Paphos, the main tourist area is 4kms away
with the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants.
There are many shops to browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and
nightclubs many open until the early hours.
Polis and Latchi are a 20 minute drive away with their quiet beaches and many good fish
tavernas.
Tsada golf course is only a 10 minute drive away and the courses at Secret Valley and
Aphrodite Hills
are a 25 minute drive. We can supply further information and pre-book for you if required.

The 3 villas all vary slightly but are furnished to the
same high standards.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, full gas oven and hob,
kettle,
toaster, microwave and a full range of utensils and crockery. The dining area has a table
and seating
for 6 and the lounge area has TV and music system and comfortable seating for 6 people.
For winter bookings there a a large open fire.
Off the lounge area is a guest bathroom with WC and hand basin
The main bedroom and second bedroom have a double bed, with en-suite bath/shower,
WC and hand basin. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with en-suite walk in shower, WC and hand
basin. All All bedrooms have a balcony with either a sea view or overlooking the pool and
are air conditioned
Outside there is a private pool to each villa set in mature gardens with plenty of space for
children
to play and enjoy themselves in safety. Sun beds, garden furniture and umbrellas are all
supplied.

General Information.
All bedrooms and the lounge area have air conditioning unit (heat & cool) and are available
at £2.50 CYP per unit per day which is payable locally on arrival.
Check in times are from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villas must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
These villas are well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable holiday.
A maid will change the bed linen and towels weekly, please bring your own beach towels.
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam, marmalade
and orange juice.
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
