Situated on a small and select development this brand
new villa is located in a quite and peaceful residential area but is less than a 10 minute
stroll to the seafront, harbour, shops and restaurants.
The villa is excellently situated for a relaxing holiday around a well-maintained shared
swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas etc. For the more energetic, the best sandy
beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 9kms. away with watersports, bars, tavernas and
shops. Kato Paphos, the tourist area is less than 1kms. away with the pretty harbour
surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to browse around and
further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until the early hours.
Accommodation and Facilities
Downstairs you enter into a spacious living/dining area with seating, dining table and
chairs. There is a TV and DVD player and a music system including CD player radio and tape
player. Of the lounge is a cloakroom with WC and hand basin. The kitchen is fully equipped
including fridge/freezer, washing machine, and all the usual small appliances.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite
bath/shower room, toilet and wash basin and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The
other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and situated between them there is a bathroom with
bath/shower, wc and hand basin. Both twin bedrooms have a balcony
Outside there is a shared pool 11mx5m with sun-loungers, tables and chairs and umbrellas.
Car parking space is provided.
General Information
Check in times are from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival and the villas must be vacated by
11.00 hours on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
The apartment is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable holiday
For rentals of more than one week a change of bedding will be supplied and if maid service
is required this can be arranged at £6.00 per hour paid locally
Extra Z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc are available at an extra charge
A small welcome pack is supplied consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread milk, jam, butter,
marmalade and orange juice. If you require extra shopping, e-mail a list and it will be
waiting for you in the apartment, payment on arrival.
24 hour assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information
you may require.
