A 2-bed mid terraced house in Chloraka, close to all
amenities, including several Tavernas and bars, large supermarket, banks etc. all within a
10-minute walk.
For the more energetic, the best sandy beaches in Paphos at Coral Bay are only 5kms. away
with water sports, bars, tavernas and shops. Kato Paphos, the tourist area is 4kms away with
the pretty harbour surrounded by bars, tavernas and restaurants. There are many shops to
browse around and further round the bay there are more bars and nightclubs many open until
the early hours. Closer to the villa, within 5 minutes drive there are several local
tavernas with traditional Greek food and local dancing. A swimming pool and facilities are
available at a nearby apartment block, which also has a snack bar and most evenings has
entertainment provided.
This house is an ideal base to tour the island and a car is recommended.
Accommodation
Downstairs you have a kitchen, and lounge/dining area.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and includes 2 large fridge/freezers, a new gas
cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of pans, dishes and
utensils.
The lounge/dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a double bed settee, 2
armchairs and a 3-seater settee. A TV and video are also included
Patio doors lead to the garden area, which has tables and chairs, 4 sun loungers and a brick
built BBQ. The views from the garden are beautiful over the Mediterranean and an ideal place
to relax and watch the stunning sunsets and enjoy a relaxing drink.
Upstairs – there are 2 bedrooms the main one with double bed where you can lie admiring the panoramic views of the
Mediterranean Sea towards the Coral beach area. The second with twin beds, dressing table
and wardrobes, both with balconies, the rear bedroom affording lovely views of the
Mediterranean Sea towards Coral Beach area. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath,
w.c.
All rooms are fitted with fly screens and the bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted.
