Set amongst the Banana Plantations and only 20 metres
from the shores of the Mediterranean this Villa has everything you need for the holiday of a
lifetime. It is situated in Kissonerga, midway between Kato Paphos and Coral Bay.
Within a 5 minute walk of the villa there are 2 small sandy beaches, a couple of taverna’s
and a supermarket.
Coral Bay is less than 10 minute drive away with its sandy beaches shops, restaurants, bars,
supermarkets and banks.
Kato Paphos is the main tourist area which is a 15 minute drive. Kato Paphos has everything
you need including bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, banks and if you want entertainment try
Bar Street or if you prefer to relax have a quiet drink by the Harbour and watch the boats
and local life.
A 15 minute drive brings you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula, a very quiet and unspoilt
area and is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing
in one of the deserted coves or bays.
There are 3 golf courses in the area, Tsada is a 15 minute drive, Aphrodites Hills and
Secret Valley are a 40 minute drive.

Accommodation and Facilities
You enter the villa into a spacious lounge area which has comfortable seating for 6,
satellite TV ( not SKY) and a DVD player (please bring your own favourite DVD’S) and a music
system. There is a feature fireplace for those wonderful log fires on the cooler winter
nights.
The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine,
microwave and all the usual small appliances.
Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and dressing tables. Both have
en-suite shower rooms and there is situated between the bedrooms a guest toilet and hand
basin which is suitable for guests with a mobility problem
The Master double bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors
leading to a private balcony. The Sauna is also on the first floor (please see supplement in
the prices area)
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and this is included in the price.
Outside
The swimming pool is 8metres x 4 metres and has walk in Roman steps, and is directly
opposite the sea. The pool can be heated for out of season months
(see supplement below) so can be enjoyed all the year round. There is a large paved patio
area with sun loungers and parasols. The gardens are mature and there is a large grassed
area which is ideal for children to play. A large feature built in BBQ overlooking the sea
makes for those romantic summer evenings.
General Information
Cyprus has that special something for everyone... from gorgeous beaches and cosmopolitan
towns to its spectacular pine-clad mountains and time-forgotten villages where the famous
Cypriot hospitality can be at its best.
Although International in cuisine, Cyprus is proud of its own mouth-watering dishes, sweets
and pastries, and locally grown fruits, nuts and olives must also be tried. You will be
welcomed at vineyards to sample excellent wines, and award winning beer is brewed on the
island.
Cyprus has a wide variety of shops and markets where locally made filigree silverware, hand
made lace, leather goods, colorful rugs, basketwork, copperware and terracotta pots are
popular buys.
Steeped in history, Cyprus is rich in archaeological treasures and there are many intriguing
sites to visit.
Check in times is from 14.00 hrs on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by
11.00 hrs on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
This villa is well equipped with all the requirements for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.
Bed linen and hand/bath towels are supplied please bring you own beach towels
Extra z beds, cots, high chairs and buggies etc. are available at a small extra charge.
A small welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, jam/marmalade and orange
juice is supplied
24 hr assistance is available during your stay to help with any problems or information you
may require, and assistance & recommendations with booking trips and excursions etc. Ian and
Lynne who are on call have lived in Cyprus for over 10 years and have a vast amount of local
knowledge and will give you every assistance to make this a holiday to remember.
